It doesn’t exactly help either. I used to take Airbore when I first started working in an office, then I would be completely bumfuzzled as to why I would get so sick. Vitamins are good to take if you don’t get enough nutrition from food (I take a daily vitamin for that very reason. They don't claim to prevent all colds any more, which is what the law suit is about.
