A lot of the reviews warn you might break out a little when you first start using it (I guess from loosening up all the oil and gunk) but I did not have that problem. The first couple of days, and oh god this is gross, but I noticed that I'd use it in the shower, go look in the mirror, and it would like, vibrate the blackheads like half way out, and i could remove them easily then. Gross at the time, but smoother happier skin now! I’d say give it a full 2 weeks.
